Samsung: how faithful remain users in brand after the Note 7 MIDPHONES Review

Despite the fact that 90% of the original purchasers of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 decided to proceed to exchange with new Note 7 instead to go to another device, Samsung does not seem to go very well as regards the confidence of its clients.

In accordance with the Branding Brand (one of the largest mobile e-commerce platforms) carried out a survey among 1000 owners Samsung smartphones to ascertain whether remain loyal to Samsung after the withdrawal of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

The survey was conducted after the 15 September and asked two questions, one was if remain loyal to Samsung and the other if will change brand. The 34% of the current owners Samsung devices said he would not buy another smartphone with the particular brand.

From the percentage which declares stalwart the brand, the 77% declares that it will remain on Samsung and does not want to join in the process to learn other mobile. Other reasons which make users to remain on Samsung is the style, the configurability, the battery life of the cost and because they do not like another brand.

On the other hand, the majority of those who say that it would leave the Samsung (57%) says he will go to another Android smartphone and others that will go to iOS (34%). The interesting thing is that 21% of holders Samsung declares that in the past had iPhone
