The Panasonic one of their leaders regarding the market of batteries for smartphones, has developed a flexible lithium-ion battery, which announced today formally. Can be used in wearables and other devices as well as the thickness is just 0.55 mm.
In accordance with the Panasonic, the rechargeable battery is tough enough, can be bent too many times and to maintain intact the characteristics of even after repeated buckling and be recharged many times.
As for the issue of security, Panasonic assures that the new flexible battery is perfectly safe to be used on devices that come into direct contact with the body such as smart clothes, smartbands and other wearables.
